All packages include a two-hour facilitator-run team workshop with targeted follow-up individual coaching sessions for all attendees and the team manager. Both workshop and coaching can either be virtual or in-person at your offices.
The Strengths Workshop package also includes all relevant Strengths Profiles™. All packages include full resources and free ongoing agreed support.

Helping your employees feel positive around career change, such as moving on after redundancy. This offer consists of a set of 6 coaching sessions focusing on career direction and confidence building, CV/LinkedIn profile rewrite, job market attack, interview technique, and applying for roles. In-person or by video.

If firms wish to split employees up into smaller groups, then additional facilitators will be required and the charge increased accordingly. I have a number of experienced counsellors who can provide extra facilitation.

With your team's full permission, we look at the top strengths of each team member, and discuss areas where they would like further development or training.

From £50 for a single resource worksheet (eg ‘Tackling Self-limiting Beliefs’), to whole resource packages at £450 (eg ‘Draw up your own personal Career Compass’).
